Carthage Eagles of Tunisia qualifies for the FIFA 2026 World Cup
Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane came off the bench in the 73rd minute to score Tunisia winner in the 94th minute to send his country to the FIFA 2026 World Cup with a 1-0 win over Equatorial Guinea.
This is Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane 2nd goal in this world cup qualifiers and it proves to be crucial at the stage. Even though Tunisia maintained a healthy lead in group the 1-0 win against Equatorial Guinea in Malabo confirmed that their participation in the world cup.
This will be Tunisia 7th appearance at the world cup finals since their debut in 1978 world cup in Argentina.
