MLS disciplinary committee has fined Houston Dynamo Colombian defender, Pablo Ortiz an undisclosed amount for breaching the league simulation /embellishment rule.
The incident happened in the 101 minute in Houston Dynamo 1-1 home draw with LA Galaxy at the Shell Energy Stadium.
